How much will it cost to clean my home? Each and every home is unique, so we prefer to meet with you, at your home to give you a detailed in-home estimate. How long will it take to clean my home? This is a tough question, as cleaning time varies from home to home. We typically send a team of 2-3 technicians to your home, and can clean most homes in under ??? hours. Give us a call to discuss your home and your cleaning needs.
How often should I have my house cleaned? This is completely up to you. Most clients choose to have their house cleaned weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You will also want to take into consideration how much maintenance you will be responsible for between scheduled cleaning visits. Keep in mind that we are also available for one-time deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleaning, construction clean up, special events, etc.
What cleaning products, supplies and equipment do you use? We provide a completely chemical free cleaning process. We use Vapor Steam to clean, sanitize and disinfect; HEPA Vacuums to remove all dirt, dust and debris; and MicroFiber Cloths to polish and remove dirt and dust from household items. When necessary, we also used a chemical-free cleaning solution made in our warehouse. We bring everything required to give your home a green, chemical free cleaning from top to bottom. We are happy to accommodate requests for the use of specific cleaning products.
Should I tip the cleaning team? Tipping is not required as your price is all-inclusive. If want to let your team know how pleased you are with their work, go for it.
How do I prepare for a cleaning service? Obviously, the more clutter free a home is, the easier it will be to clean. For the best cleaning service, please try to have all loose items stored away, dished put away, food items put away, toys and clothes put away, etc.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning service? No, you do not have to be home while our team is cleaning.
What if I have a pet? Please let us know if you have pets. Also, let us know what kind, how many and where we can expect to find them. Our goal is to keep the pets safe and happy while we are there.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning service? We understand that things come up and your schedule may change. Please notify our office 48 before your regularly scheduled cleaning time and notify us of a time that works better for you. We try our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
What form of payment is accepted? We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is due upon completion of cleaning service. You can leave payment with the cleaning team, mail a check or call the office with a credit card number.

Will I have the same cleaning team on each visit? We always try to schedule the same team members on each visit, however to accommodate the needs of all of our clients, we cannot guarantee that you will always see the same team members. All of our team members are employees of PURE HyperClean.
