The Day of the Service

  PURE will deploy a single technician, or a team of uniformed, fully trained, bonded, and insured professionals to your home or business.

  Clients should have plans to keep all family, pets, or employees out of the areas to be treated.

  Depending on your needs, the technicians will either seal the a/c vents, or allow the product to travel through the HVAC system which can allow the mist to also disinfect your ducts and filters.

  Signs will be hung to alert everyone as to when the areas can be safely entered. The mist is not toxic, but we recommend no one breathes it in for an extended period of time.

How often do I need to have my home sanitized/deodorized? It really depends on the circumstances. As far as deodorizing, there may be occasions when smoke, pet odors or cooking odors may be an issue. Sanitizing, on the other hand is highly recommended at least twice per year, late Fall and in the Spring or after parties and gatherings. Treatment is highly recommended if someone person comes down with an illness. This would help prevent further cross-contamination. For best results we recommend regular sanitizing to help reduce allergens as well as germs. Of course monthly sanitizing is best, quarterly provides good control.

Is it necessary to have my entire place treated when only my basement or garage smells musty? It is not absolutely necessary to have an entire home or office treated when just the basement or garage smells musty. However, it is highly recommended. The contaminants which cause these musty odors can travel throughout the indoor areas via the ventilation system.

Is there anything the disinfectant should not be sprayed on? The disinfectant is safe for all colorfast fabrics and carpeting and all hard surfaces including hardwood. Items such as bathroom area rugs, throw rugs, silk and cotton articles should be treated for color fastness or be removed or covered prior to treatment.
